I hope it's warming up wherever you are located! We have had some warm days to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
This week I published the second activity for my Small Goals Commitment Challenge. This activity is about making a list that includes healthy foods, spices, recipes, and restaurant options plus the reasons why this helps. I also include many of the items on my list that we eat at home. This is a great way to eat both healthy and tasty food.

Good morning Spark family.. Remember you may be one person but you are among thousands of the Spark family that help light the way for others who need encouragement. I just got my first walk in today and it's so nice out right now. I am thrilled because after all the walking I got in yesterday I doubted I'd be able to go first thing today if at all but I DID IT.
