I'm back this week to share more about the Small Goals Commitment Challenge SparkTeam.

This team is a big step to be be bolder about how we can transform lives by using all areas of life to reach weight loss and other goals in life.

One of the most important points about all of this is to choose the right actions in life and do them consistently in a way that helps all areas of life work together.
