Time to Re-Focus

Today marks 12 weeks since I started my journey to a better me. I am down another .8 pounds bringing my total to 31 pounds in 12 weeks. I am down 6 inches in both my waist and hips, and 3.5 inches in my thighs and arms.
This week and this month my goal is to REFOCUS! Reflecting back on these past three months, I noticed that I didn't work as hard as I did in the first two. There were weeks were I only exercised 2-3 times as opposed to 5-6. There were many days where I had an "indulgence" and many days where I was just tired and didn't record my entries into the food tracker.

I need to refocus and stay on track. I need to continue doing the little things that have proven to be successful for me in this journey so far. I need to track every meal, snack and "indulgence", and ensure that I work out at least 5-6 days a week, tracking that too! That way there are no excuses or regrets when I step on the scale. I will be refocusing today, this week, this month and for the next three months to hopefully reach my end goal faster.

So if you, like me, haven't been pushing as hard as you can, I want to tell you "It's okay." Sometimes life is difficult to bear and it just wears us down to the point where we don't want to do anything. But don't let it get you down for more than a day or two. Pick yourself back up, ask God to help you through it, and get back on track. Keep on working hard towards your goal. Give it everything you've got and I promise, your goals will be met, you will have a better outlook on life, you will be more energetic and you will be thanking yourself in the end!

Keep Sparking and moving forward! Let's finish what we started and REFOCUS on what brought us to this journey in the first place!
